Inventory Management

This subject is designed to provide the student an introduction of fundamental nature of inventory from a financial, physical, forecasting, and operational standpoint. The instructor will guide the student to the areas of forecasting, physical control and layout, and problem recognition and resolution. This subject will also provide the student the general knowledge of how to use ERP software for material management.

Planning

Planning applications are forms of decision – making that play an important role in most manufacturing and services industries. This subject will guide the students use analytical techniques and heuristic methods to allocate limited resources to the activities that have to be done.

Sales and Distribution

This subject is designed to introduce the student fields of sales force management, the sales organization and territory management, designing a distribution system and distribution management – explained through caselets, diagrams, flowcharts and numerous examples.
This subject will also provide the student the knowledge of using ERP software to complete sales and distribution transactions in the computer systems

Operations Management

Operations Management explanations and approachable format supports students in understanding the important operations management concepts as well as applying tools and methods, After the study of this subject, the student will be able to use the knowledge to make the manufacturing , sales and controlling process efficiently.
This subject will also provide the students the knowledge to use ERP customer relationship management software to complete operations related tasks.

Inventory Accounting

This subject will provide the student the knowledge to use Simply Accounting to conduct basic bookkeeping practice. After the study, the student will be able to use Simply Accounting to entry transactions, record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable and general inventory accounting.

Administrative Procedures

This course introduces the student to what is involved in career as an office clerk.
Human relations, time, work and resource management, organization structure and office layout, office technology, front-line reception, aspects of business communication and professional development are areas that will be covered in this subject.

ERP Final Project

This subject is designed to assist the students to practice using the knowledge learned in the ERP logistic Management Program in the real project. Each student will be assigned a work role in the project and work as a team. The instructor will lead the student to complete the case.
The project will go through the entire life cycle of Inventory Control and Purchasing Management, from order requisisation to shipping.
Students will gain experience of how each work flow works to achieve the project goals.
