  • Inquiries related to registration, confirmation email, email study permit – on arrival to Canada: registration@purescollege.ca

Emails sent to students will always provide an email contact for further questions or assistance.
Please use the indicated email address provided to respond or ask questions.
Do not use other email addresses which are not related to make further inquiries or requests.

Email Protocol

 

When you send multiple emails for one inquiry, your email is automatically moved to the back of the response cue. Because the date received is automatically updated to the most recent and the emails are answered from the oldest to the most recent. So you are only delaying a response to your email.

Send ONLY one email and wait at least 3 business days for a response (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

Take into account the time zone difference when waiting for a response.

 

When you send emails to multiple email addresses (departments), you are again delaying your response because your email has not been seen by the correct department.

Be sure to send ONE email to the CORRECT email address (department), so that we can better assist you.

Please ensure that you follow the email protocol when you send emails to the college.
